By purchasing any digital product from our shop, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Nature of Products

All items sold through Favored Nest Studio are digital products. These include, but are not limited to:-

-Digital planners and journals

-E-books and learning resources

-Printable templates

-Digital illustrations, clipart, and creative assets

-Homeschool materials and devotionals

No physical products will be shipped.

All downloads are delivered digitally via email or user dashboard.

Licensing and Usage

Products in our shop are offered under different license types. Please read the license agreement included with your purchase carefully before use.

We currently offer:

-PUR (Personal Use Rights): For your own household, classroom, or private ministry use only. No sharing, reselling, or redistribution.

-CUR (Commercial Use Rights): Allows limited business use as outlined in the product license.

-PLR (Private Label Rights): Allows you to edit, rebrand, and sell as your own, under the stated terms.

-MRR (Master Resell Rights): Allows you to sell the product and pass on resell rights to others.

Failure to comply with the license terms may result in the revocation of usage rights or discontinuation of access to the product.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your download link or access instructions.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, kindly check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Important: Once downloaded, please save a copy of your files.
Favored Nest Studio is not responsible for lost download links or expired access after purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file corruption or an incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist and provide a replacement if necessary.

Product Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any product at any time.
If a product you purchased receives an update, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide access to the latest version, as long as it remains part of your original license.

All original content, designs, and digital products sold under Favored Nest Studio are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Favored Nest Studio or their respective licensed creators.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use beyond the purchased license is prohibited and may result in legal action.
